Third graders enjoyed another Los Ranchos Fiesta with dancing, singing and treats!
Principal's Message
Dear Friends and Families of Los Ranchos Elementary,
This was a week of celebrations. Our 3rd graders celebrated their annual Fiesta and we hosted the 2017 - 18 Science Fair. At the Science Fair we had 99 scientists participating this year. Even the rain could not deter the enthusiasm and excitement. A special thanks to Sylvia Gomes and Reilly Wagner for organizing the event, and to parents Kristin Escalle and Tiffany Emry. Their support helped to make the event run smoothly.
Our second STEAM Night will be Thursday, March 22 from 6:00 to 7:00. There will be engaging Science/Engineering activities to investigate. Every grade will have examples of classroom explorations in engineering practices. PTA will be selling pizza by the slice. We hope you can join us.
Love SLO is happening on Saturday, March 24. Love SLO began in 2016 as an annual community wide day of service. Volunteers work on projects from 9:00 - 12:00. Los Ranchos Elementary is hosting a couple projects thanks to PTA member Shannon Whisenand. We will be working in our garden and snazzing - up our backboards on the playground.
